Avoid using abrasive scrubbers, as they can damage the delicate detailing. Additionally, microwaving these items is not advised, as the metallic elements can cause sparks or damage both the serve ware and the appliance. Always refer to the specific care instructions provided with each product to ensure proper maintenance.

Cottons & Satins offers a variety of bowl sizes to suit your dining needs:

• Small Bowls (S): Typically around 12 cm in diameter, these bowls are perfect for serving dips, sauces, or small portions of desserts. 
• Medium Bowls (M): Approximately 15 cm in diameter, ideal for soups, salads, or individual servings of pasta.
• Large Bowls (L): Ranging from 21 cm to 24 cm in diameter, suitable for serving main courses, sharing dishes, or as centerpiece salad bowls.

Each bowl is crafted with attention to detail, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal for your table setting.

Once your order is shipped, our shipping partners will send you the shipping company details along with the tracking details for your order via email and text. The package can then be directly tracked on the shipping company’s website by entering the tracking details provided.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.In exceptional cases, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to re-fulfilling your order by providing you a replacement for a time period up till three months from your purchase. Alternatively, we can offer you a store credit that can be redeemed within three months of your purchase.
